I've been rereading old fic. Like fic that was written when the show was still on. Fic from 2004! And it's all stuff I've read already.

I love to get Jack and Sam into a situation where she actually as an excuse to smack him. Maybe that's sexist, but sometimes he's such an ass. The whole scene leading up to my excerpt gives her the excuse. She does go back and try to apologize and expects to be written up. Of course Jack's response is that he deserved it so forget about it.

The story is finished and I've been editing it for a couple weeks now.
