Firefly

Watching Firefly on the Discovery Science channel WITH my husband.  Not only that but he turned it on and is actually watching and commenting on it instead of just making fun of me for liking a show that was canceled after 1/2 a season.

So is the Science channel going to be the new Sci-fi channel?  Because SyFy isn't all that sci-fi-ish any more.

Gosh, this show was freaking awesome on so many levels.  Joss Whedon is a genius.

I was watching the episodes that played last night as well *G*

and later I quoted one of mals many great lines after walking into my kids messy room. "what happened.... were there monkeys?" *L* I found it way funnier than they did ;)

That's classic. A couple years ago I did a rewatch of all the episodes and by the end I found myself swearing in Mandarin quite often. My kids thought I was losing it.

I looked up the meaning of all those phrases and some are pretty funny.
