Stargate SG-1 fic: Making Up For Lost Time

In an en endeavor to write more shorter (and, therefore, complete) works I bring you this.  I short little piece about Jack and Sam finally taking that leap to be together.  Set some time after season 8 apparently because Jack is in Washington.  Written for prompt #8 at oneone_prompt.
