going to need a beta

Nothing like looming deadlines and the threat of failure to get your ass in gear.

My sg1friendathon story is almost done.  Now I need a beta because... it's required.  And due on Sunday. 

Any takers?

It's apoca!fic but light hearted.  It's sitting at a little over 2k words right now and I'm not sure how much more I have to write.  They still haven't found Teal'c (they should put a bell around him).  I really need someone that can spot glaring errors that I tend to miss like homonym screw-ups and tense mix-ups.  I used to always write in past tense but over the year I've opened up to present tense and now when I try to write either I start switching back and forth.  I thought I stopped that tick when I was in grade school.  Grrr.  I try to catch them in my edits but inevitably miss some.

I'm hoping to finish it up in the morning because I'm just too tired now (it's almost 1:30am right now).  My husband is supposed to go get the hood latch on his truck fixed in the morning and since the kids have drove me bonkers all day he said he'd take them with.  If he actually does any of this then I should have a few solid hours of writing time to work on it.  Fingers crossed.

It's cliché but so much fun when "aliens made them do it". Daniel and Vala get caught after participating in a wedding ceremony on an alien planet. He really should know better by now.
