So got my first idol assignment... fun times ahead. Enjoy

-------------------------

So what can I say about [livejournal.com profile] tatdatcm? I don't really know her except that she's a member of [livejournal.com profile] writerverse which I'm supposed to be running but have been slacking horribly (sorry guys). Maybe if I was a better co-owner I'd already know something about her but... slacker.

I guess I could make something up like she's really a space alien that was passing by Earth one day with nothing to do, and thought, "that planet looks awfully blue, and I just love the color blue." So she set her invisible space ship down on the East coast, near New York City, and started to explore the planet.

She fell in love with the culture and the food, completely immersing herself. She took on the human form of a sweet, lovely young woman so she could delve even further into our lifestyle. She attended high school, made friends, and learned to write. Her infatuation grew so much she decided to stay even longer, heading across the country for college where she blossomed into an approximation of a human adult with amazing ideas she needed to write down and crafts she just had to make.

By then she'd been on Earth for almost ten years. Sadly, she realized her family back on planet Xyz might be missing her, and that she should really return home. She was disappointed in that realization, but began to pack all the things she accumulated during her stay--papers and pens, lost of yarn, cake pans and baking ingredients. But when she tried to squeeze back into her flight suit she encountered a real problem. Like many Americans, she'd grown over the years, and the suit would not budge past her knees. Hmm.

"Guess I'll just have to stay and work it off," she said, happily returning her things to their rightful places.

Soon after that she fell in love, and had to pack up again. Not to return to her homeworld, but to move to Colorado. She settled down with her new husband and his children. They grew their family with more kids and animals and grandkids. [livejournal.com profile] tatdatcm continued to love everything about Earth. She traveled and baked, knit and read books by the dozens. But mostly she wrote, and joined a website called livejournal where she found a thing called [livejournal.com profile] therealljidol.

She still hasn't figured out how to fit into her flight suit, but she continues to work out in the hopes of one day meeting that goal. In the meantime she's happy to stay on Earth, in Colorado, with her family, and to write.

I could tell you that story that I just made up, and I can promise that some of it is actually true. I swear. But you could figure that all out yourself by vising her livejournal. So instead I'll just say that a mutual friend suggested I introduce [livejournal.com profile] tatdatcm because she's really nice, and [livejournal.com profile] tatdatcm said she was shy and I'm shy so I figured we're already a perfect match. And if she's cool like me, and my friend thinks she's awesome then I can 100% guarantee she's super amazing and sweet,  and you're going to want to get to know her better. The end.
