Lol, yeah, well... Actually, my eye didn't hurt that bad. It only caught me right in the corner and only burned for a moment but I can still feel it itching a little this morning. It only bothers me when I think about it.
The keyboard...I thought I cleaned off where most of the soda went. I wiped it down with a wipe and it seemed to work just fine last night. All the keys that were spewed on worked just fine. Until this morning. I guess I missed a few that were really sticky. The keys work so it's not electronic (like shorted out or anything) they just feel like they are sticking together or to the bottom of the keyboard. The more I type the less stuck they feel. The M isn't quite as sticky and the L is better now. Still having a few issues with the shift key but I had issues with it before, lol. It's finicky.
The whole thing was pretty funny. I still don't know how I managed to splash my eye. But it was comical in my own head. Felt the splash, burning in my eye. Managed to put the can down and pull my glasses off and then for some unknown reason I spit the entire sip out instead of swallowing. My brain seemed to go haywire as the burning increased for a split second. After the pain stopped and I wiped my eyes I looked around and was like WTF?
