AGAIN with the trash can

So when I left to take Meagan to the bus stop earlier everything was fine. Our can was where it was supposed to be with the lid on. The other three cans were around the corner where I left them. A few hours later I go to pick her up and find our lid on the ground. I thought someone might have knocked it off. But when I went to pick it up I found that our can was moved again. In it's place was the little green one that is not ours. Our can and the other two were back by the front of the building and the 3 loose bags of garbage that had been laying there were piled up in the other two.

WHY THE FUCK CAN'T PEOPLE LEAVE MY STUFF ALONE!!! What the hell. So once again I had to go out and move our can back by our door and get rid of the gross rotten garbage filled can that does not belong to anyone. GROSS!! The point of lids is to keep them on the cans to keep the rodents out. We don't have rats, yet, but it is only a matter of time with the way these people keep their garbage. The stray cats are bad enough ripping open the bags and getting garbage everywhere.

I went down there with some duct tape and Sharpie and wrote our address on the can and lid and put a note to leave the lid on. Maybe they will leave it alone now. I doubt it, though.
