kick in the pants of the major variety

I'm ashamed to admit my sg1friendathon  story still isn't finished.  I'm ready to just toss in the towel on this one.  I still can't concentrate on it and I think that's because I just hate the story but I'm committed to it now.

Anyone got an hour or two free right now that wants to read what I have and tell me it sucks so I can just give up?  Or, you know, alternately encourage me to actually finish the damn thing.

I think the other issue I'm having is I have way too many other stories floating around.  Damn ADD.  There's this jumble of "noise" (for lack of a better word) in my head and I'm having a hard time sorting through it to find the words for this story.  It's freaking annoying and frustrating.

Thanks -- I'm trying to have an awesome time, because I'm sacrificing 2 weeks of income during busy season to accommodate Mr. C's vacation/HS reunion. It sure helps that I've seen hummingfly67shakespherical & lc59, although I miss my kitty cat.
