Nora's report card!
29 Mar 2012 01:23 pmParent-Teacher Conferences are this week but only for kids that need it. Brenna and Owen's are tomorrow. We have to make arrangements to talk to Meagan's teachers after spring break because we couldn't do the nights they were having conferences. And Nora did not need one.
So Nora brought her report card home today. There's a note attached explaining the grading format because it's not ABC like. They do numbers.

Please keep in mind the scores on this report reflect PROGRESS TOWARD our end-of-Kindergarten goals so do not be worried if you see many 2's on this report. As you will see on the "Grading Scale," a 2 means your child has met SOME of the grade level expectations, but is not yet consistently proficient in that particular area. A score of 1 lets you know that is a weaker area and your child needs more practice on that particular skill or concept. If your child has a score of 1 in any area, please work with your child on the concepts at home. Scores of 3 or 4 represent meeting or exceeding the grade level expectation for that particular skill.
