The Questions
Review of goals for 2012: I really didn't have a goal, just to write, although I signed up for getyourwordsout with a goal of 200k words.

Did I meet that goal?: Yes to the first part, no to the second. I got about 153k words so I was close.

My favorite story this year (of my own): Probably The Logic of Picking Up Women or Luck of the Irish. I had a lot of fun writing both.

My best story this year: Minefield, I love the way it turned out and had fun writing a love triangle with Sam in the middle.

Story most under-appreciated by the universe: I really didn't keep track of comments this year so I have no idea

Most fun story: I think Not a Date

Sexiest story: I don't really write sexy stories, sorry

Hardest to write: Probably Brain Dead. It's based on what happened when my mother died in August 2000, one of the hardest times of my life.

What pairing/genre/fandom did you write that you would never have predicted in January 2011: I'd have to go with the Divergent fandom since I rarely ever write from book series.

Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you'd predicted?: I wrote more than I thought I would considering how I was feeling but less than I wanted

Did you take any writing risks this year?: Not really, probably just the poetry thanks to writerverse. I suck at poetry.

Do you have any goals for the New Year?: Why, yes, I do. I've signed up for getyourwordsout again but this year I pledged 250k words to really challenge myself. I've also decided to do 750 words. I'm going to try and write at least 750 words every day and for January I made it my goal with a "wall of shame" waiting for me if I fail, lol. I'm also going to get all my unfinished stories in notebooks typed up and hopefully finish some of them or at least add a big chunk to the larger works. Plus I want to actually do at least the minimum required writing for writerverse.
