ugh, stuck on story

I'm so frustrated with this story. I started it weeks ago, but got interrupted with homework. I'm trying to get back into it, but I don't remember where I was going with the second half. I only had a couple paragraph. I like my stories to be balanced. The first 2000 words (yes two thousand) are from Jack's POV. The second part started from Sam's and I need about as many words to even it out, but I just don't know how to approach her half of the story. What I wrote just doesn't work. And now I'm frustrated.

The story is for tokra_kree so I don't want to give the story away, I just needed to vent. Stupid story. Must be time to work on a different one.
