I was playing Kingdom of Loathing tonight and one of my lovely clan mates looted our clan right in front of my eyes and there wasn't a damned thing I could do. I am beyond pissed.
I've been playing this game for over a year and had collected a ton of junk and finally decided to join a clan and maybe help some new people with the extra stuff I had. I donated most of my stuff to the stash and had just put in some good potions and 10,000 meat I got from my newly opened store in the mall and it is now all gone.
The bastard is just hanging around now. He spent all the meat he could buying stupid buffs for the clan. There is nothing I can do. He joing right around the time I did a couple weeks ago. Pissant, coward, bastard.
I'm not good at swearing but if you think of a good one it will apply to him.
What a great New Year my fellow clanmates will wake up to. Our clan leader put everything she owned in the stash and so did a lot of the other people. I am so sad for them. They will get on to play tomorrow and it will be all gone. Everything we had worked for.
I'm glad I wasn't really ready to trust everyone yet and kept my most valued items to myself. (Then I put them in my store to sell, lol). The only thing of value I added was my Crimbo gift. It is gone as are the gifts of several other clanmates.
