Ugh. Right there with you on hating summer and heat. I hope cooler weather is headed your way and this weekend doesn't reach those dreadful temperatures after all.
So far it looks like we're headed into an extended heat wave. There are heat advisories in affect already. We're under a fire hazard warning because we haven't had rain in weeks--my lawn is already dead. There was a major lack of snow in the higher elevations this summer (in fact many of the ski slopes shut down early back in March) so they are already expecting a drought.
It's supposed to be in the low 90s tomorrow, in the upper 90s by Friday, in the low 100s over the weekend and in the mid to upper 90s all next week. Fun times.
